Overview

Creating an uncapped campaign allows you to deliver as many leads as you want, without having to update the campaign caps. You can also set publisher caps to be uncapped, so they can continue generating leads indefinitely.

Setup Process

1. When setting up a campaign, on the financials tab you will see an Uncapped Campaign section - this needs to be set to Yes.

Please see Creating a Campaign for more on campaign setup.

2. Once campaign setup is completed, the campaign will be uncapped.

3. When assigning publishers, there will be a tickbox to decide if you would like the publisher to also be uncapped.

Please see Assigning a Publisher to a Campaign for more information.

To check that a publisher is uncapped, in the required column of the table in the publisher tab, instead of a number it will have the word 'uncapped'.

Please note: Once a campaign has been set up, you cannot change it from a capped campaign to an uncapped campaign, and vice versa.
