Introduction
Scheduled Delivery is functionality within the platform that will allow you to select specific timeframes for when you want leads to be delivered, whether it be daily, weekly or monthly. This enables you to pace the leads according to when your customer(s) want them to be delivered, giving the customer more time to process the data.
If you are already familiar with the platform, we previously had a similar feature, however, this new and improved version hosts various additional benefits including:
- Enhanced scheduling: You will have the option to specify a date and time that leads will be released for delivery.
- Increased visibility: Access to the campaign management screen will allow you to view all leads that have been scheduled.
- Improved lead flow: The ability to stagger lead delivery will allow sales teams to better manage the processing of data which, in turn, will prevent leads from going stale.
Please note: This feature may come at an extra cost, please consult with your CSM for more details.
Setup Process
-
To enable the Scheduled Delivery feature, select a campaign from your Dashboard. Open the Admin tab at the top of your campaign and select Scheduled Delivery.
- The “Enable Scheduled Delivery” toggle allows you to enable or disable the feature at any time.
- Once the feature is enabled there are two options for the Type of scheduled delivery you would like to use, either Campaign or Publisher.
Campaign Level
- When setting a Scheduled Delivery at the campaign level, an overall cap or a band level cap can be configured. Under the Max Cap column specify whether you want leads to be capped at a campaign level or band level (see second image).

b. Repetition cadence in days.
c. Hour at which the platform will allow the leads to be integrated.
