Enhancio Suppression Integration Follow

Enhancio suppression checks leads against Enhancio exclusion lists suppression lists, so suppressed contacts are flagged before delivery.

Overview

The Enhancio suppression integration uses a Universal Enrichment Processr job to look up each lead’s email in an Enhancio exclusion list and record its suppression status on the lead.

You can then validate the lead using Simple Conditional Validation or to route it based on the suppression status.

Please note: This document covers email-only suppression checks. To also check company domain or company name, adjust the configuration to record their suppression status on the lead and validate against those fields too.

Universal Enrichment Configuration

First, set up Universal Enrichment to fetch the Enhancio suppression status and record it on the lead. Use JSON template for quick setup:

1. Download Universal Enrichment - Enhancio Dynamic Suppression JSON template file, open it and copy contents.
2. In your campaign, go to Processr > Enrichment.
3. Click Add.
4. Select Universal Enrichment from the job dropdown.
5. Click Import from JSON.
6. Paste the JSON contents.
7. Click Save to apply the JSON.
8. In API > API URL, replace <ALLOCATION ID> with your allocation ID (e.g. L-XXXXX).
9. In OAuth > URL, replace <API TOKEN> with your 32-character Enhancio API token.
10. Click Save to save the configuration.

This records two fields on each lead: EnhancioEmailSuppressed and EnhancioEmailNotSuppressed.

Please note: Universal Enrichment needs both fields to work correctly, even though only EnhancioEmailNotSuppressed is used for validation (see below).

Simple Conditional Validation Configuration

Next, validate the lead against the suppression status fetched by Universal Enrichment:

1. In your campaign, go to Processr > Quality Assurance.
2. Click Add.
3. Select Simple Conditional Validation from the job dropdown.
4. In Field Name, enter EnhancioEmailNotSuppressed.
5. In Operator, select Not Equal.
6. In Field Values, keep only the first row: set Key to 0 and leave Value empty.
7. Click Save.

Leads whose email isn’t on the Enhancio suppression list stay valid; matched leads fail validation.
