Batch Management allows users to see whenever a batch integration is preparing to run. It is where you can see all active batch integrations across campaigns, with details such as schedule and how many leads will be sent.
From this area, you can also download previous batch files, and force a batch to send earlier than scheduled.
1. Log into the platform and select System from the left sidebar, then select Batch Management from the dropdown menu.
2. This will take you to a screen with all of the batch integrations that are being prepared, along with the time at which they will run.
By clicking View Details, you will see all the data that is being prepared to be sent in that specific integration. Clicking View Lead will take you directly to the lead in the campaign.
Clicking Configure will take you to the campaign's Processr, where you can make changes to the Batch CSV integration.
Batch Now will allow you to ignore the schedule and send the file immediately.
By clicking on Sent Batches at the top, you can see a log of all previously sent batch integrations.
You can use the download button here to download the generated file, or View Details to once again see the leads that were a part of this file.
