NeverBounce Email Verification helps ensure your leads are reachable. Run email validation directly within Convertr using NeverBounce, so your lead processing aligns with your own validation requirements — and those of your customers.
Overview
NeverBounce Email Verification is an in-campaign Processr job that verifies email addresses in real time using NeverBounce. Once configured, the job runs automatically as part of your lead processing flow.
Setup Process
- Go to Processr > Quality Assurance tab.
- Click Add to create a new job.
- From the dropdown, select NeverBounce Email Verification.
- Configure the job.
- Fail Unknown — reject leads where mailbox validity couldn't be determined.
- Fail Accept All — reject leads from domains that accept all incoming mail.
Please note: By default, the job uses the standard email field. If your email addresses are stored under a custom field name, you can update this in the Mapping tab.
Lead View
Once a lead has been processed, the validation result is visible in the lead view, showing the outcome of the NeverBounce check for that individual lead.
