Stay ahead of integration Issues with real-time insights into your integration jobs allowing you to quickly identify when something goes wrong and take immediate action.
If an integration job fails, the platform will now alert you with clear, actionable insights and recommended fixes.
Prerequisites
For the new Integration Insights to be able to group error messages and recommend fixes:
Real-time delivery needs to be enabled for the campaign
- Integrations need to be enabled to view insights
- Insights will only be provided for failed integrations
Campaign Leads - Integration Insights
On the campaign leads page, there is a new Integration Insights widget.
Admin, Super and Agency Users can see top-level information showing the current integration failures on the campaign.
Click the View Failed Integrations and Leads button to see a breakdown of the failed integrations details.
The breakdown includes error messages for each failing integration, the number of leads impacted and recommended fixes (currently available for Marketo only).
Please note: To view these insights, make sure integrations are enabled.
Recommended Fixes
After clicking Recommended Fixes, a new dialog will appear showing the response code for the integration error, along with a plain-language explanation of what went wrong, the likely cause, and step-by-step guidance to help you fix it.
Clicking View Leads will display all the leads impacted.
Integrations without Recommended Fixes
For any integrations that do not have recommendations yet, a 'Recommendations not available' will show in place of the 'Recommended Fixes' button.

If there are no errors, the widget will display a message letting you know that integrations are running as expected with no further actions required.
