Adding Multi-Language Forms Follow

Prerequisites 

Before adding multi-language forms please ensure that you have:

 1. Added the required languages to the enterprise

 2. Added the multi languages categories 

If you have not done this already please follow the steps in the document Multi Language - Categories.

Setup Process

1. Within your campaign, select Creatives>Forms.

 

2. You will first need to create your form - this will be the standard form in English. To then add the translated forms, select Translate. 

 

 

3. Enter your new Form Name.

 

4. Select the language and click Translate.

 

5. Enter all the form details in the new language and select Save.

 

 *Note: Please remember to update the options in Edit Choices when translating a form.
