Using Selligent In Your Form Follow

Pull information from Selligent

This will pull through information from Selligent into the form which has been specified within the mapping.

1. Once logged into the platform select your campaign. Click the Creatives tab, then select Forms.

2. Create a new form or edit a current form.

3. Add a new field to your form and select the type SelligentLookup. (This will be a hidden field on the form) Enter the field name as ‘selligent’.

4. Select Edit Options - this is where you set the configuration for Selligent.

a. For every Convertr form field which you would like to populate with Selligent data you must add a new mapping group in the following format.

i. form_firstName - This references the Convertr form field, in the format ‘form_fieldname’

ii. Enter your Selligent information here. The listID refers to the table within Selligent that contains the information for this field; in this example it contains the first name.

b. To add additional mapping groups, select Add Item and format as shown above.

c. Secondly, enter you Selligent login details:

 

Update information in Selligent

If the information on the form is updated by the end user, the details within Selligent will also be updated once the form is submitted.

1. Within the Leads tab select the Processr tab, then click Integration. Click Add Job and add the Selligent Job.

2. Within the configuration for this job, enter the same Selligent login details as previously added to the form.

3. Next, enter the listIDs of your Selligent tables as shown in the diagram below. Under these you need to specify the field names within both Selligent and the Convertr Form. Please note that for every Selligent table a new mapping list needs to be created as shown below:

a. To add additional multiple lines from the same list, please follow the structure as shown below:

4. Once this is completed select Save.
