Overview
Delivery Test Mode allows you to send all leads to your configured integrations, regardless of their QA result (Valid, Invalid, or Caution). When enabled, every submitted lead is immediately flagged as a test lead, removing its billable status.
In Delivery Test Mode:
- Value-Based Routing and Score-Based Routing are bypassed.
- All leads are sent directly to the configured endpoints.
- Leads are automatically marked as test within the platform.
Please note: You must have at least one integration set up on your campaign for leads to be delivered.
Setup
Option 1
Navigate to campaign > admin > setup > 'Advanced' tab. Enable the 'Delivery Test Mode' toggle and save your settings.
Option 2
In your campaign, open the campaign status dropdown in the breadcrumb bar. Turn on the 'Delivery Test Mode' toggle.
When 'Delivery Test Mode' is turned on, an indicator will show in the breadcrumb bar to make it clear that this mode is enabled.
Please note: Remember to disable 'Delivery Test Mode' prior to launching your campaign.
