This article will help to answer some common questions, walk you through our Publisher Certification and help you as a starting point within the platform.
🤖 How Do I Access The Platform?
You can access the Convertr platform using your client URL, this will be in the format:
<clientname>.cvtr.io
Once you access the URL you can enter your login details
Please Note: Most platforms use Multi-Factor Authentication for security purposes, therefore you will need to ensure you use a live and valid mobile number.
🪧 I've Been Told to Deliver to Convertr, Where Do I Start?
Your client will either provide you access to the Convertr platform OR you will be required to take the Publisher Certification before being allowed access. If the latter is true, please use the signup link provided by your client to complete the Certification. You will then be automatically added to the client's Convertr platform once successfully completed.
👥 How Can I Get Training On The Platform?
Training on the platform is provided through our Publisher Certification. It is designed to ensure users have the competency, knowledge, and expertise needed to capture, process, and deliver customer data using the Convertr platform.
There are two ways to complete this training
- Purchased through our Convertr Academy
- Through a signup link provided by your Client
