Welcome to Onboarding and Implementation at Convertr!
During your Discovery Call your Onboarding Manager will walk you through our full process and be with you every step of the way, this document will run through some key FAQs that you may have.
What and why do I need to go through Onboarding?
The Onboarding and Implementation process at Convertr is specifically designed to ensure you have the knowledge and the expertise to understand the platform and to get a campaign successfully created and tested on the platform. Each of the sessions is specifcally designed to ensure that you see value with the platform as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How long is Onboarding?
Within Onboarding we allow a specified amount of time and sessions for Onboarding to be successfully completed. This time allowance is decided based on your contract.
|12 Weeks||10 Weeks||8 Weeks|
Time in Onboarding may vary within these timings, however, the assigned timings allow for plenty of time to complete all sessions, self-learning and resolve any issues.
Please note: Onboarding timings are highly dependent on stakeholder availability for sessions.
What if I have Technical Services?
Some contracts include our wonderful Technical Services, do not worry we have set Onboarding process to ensure you learn how to use and work with this team. Your Onboarding manager will take you through this in your discovery Call.
What is GuideCX?
GuideCX is the Onboarding Software that we use to manage your Onboarding, it allows central communication, one central location for recordings, documents, and conversations. You will recieve email notifications throughout Onboarding to update you on progress, share information and when you have a assigned task, you can easily communicate straight from your email as needed.
You can also log into GuideCX to view all Onboarding Milestones and tasks, and liaise with your Onboarding Manager.
What does Onboarding include?
Onboarding includes the following sessions:
|Discovery Call||This session focuses on clarifying information and aligning all parties on key information to ensure fast and efficient time to value.|
|Fundamentals Training||A virtual session designed to create the solid foundation required to be successful throughout Onboarding and beyond|
|Platform Rules and Logic||This workshop confirms key platform setup details, understanding of exact campaign requirements, and clarifications on technical requirements with the outcome to provide a fully setup platform with a Master Campaign.|
|Implementation Session(s)||Depending on your contract, Implementation Sessions maybe held for specific Integrations, our Connected Apps, and Whitepapers.|
|User Training||User training is a mixture of Virtual and Face to Face sessions to ensure a full understanding of how to successfully create a campaign in Convertr.|
|Adoption Task||Each Advanced User will be assigned a Adoption Task to ensure that the training has been understood and no issues have arisen|
|Cadence Meetings||Cadence meetings are weekly catch ups with the key stakeholders to track:
|Onboarding Retrospective||The Onboarding Retrospective is the final session to officially hand you over to your allocated CSM|
Who is my main contact during Onboarding?
During Onboarding your assigned Onboarding Manager will be your main point of contact for all items, they can also support you with any technical questions and pull in other internal Convertr stakeholders as needed.
What do I need to bring to each session?
Your Onboarding Manager will inform you of the key details required for each session, please work directly with them to ensure you have everything you need.
