Overview
The platform has the functionality to add a Welcome Email to a campaign, which is configurable to your specifications.
Setup Process
1. Within the Admin tab, go to the Setup section and enable Welcome Emails.
2. Within your campaign select the Creatives tab and then select Assets.
3. Click the Add Creatives Asset button.
4. Upload your assets here, either by dropping the file in the selected area or browsing your files to locate your assets.
5. Select the Edit option beside the assets that you uploaded.
6. Complete all the required fields and ensure that you have selected Yes for the Enabled and Welcome Email options.
7. Click the Save button.
