Why Are My Leads Failing the Validation Job? Follow

The platform is sensitive when it comes to spaces, quotation marks, commas, semicolons, colons etc.

For publishers:

You should receive a list of accepted values according to the validation list set from your client.

This list is case sensitive and therefore would have to be an exact match when importing leads, or else the job will fail and the lead may be marked as invalid.

  • Look out for extra spaces
  • Make sure that you use the correct quotation marks - when copying and pasting code from word/excel directly into the platform we have noticed that instead of "" (straight quotation marks) the platform receives “” (curved quotation marks). This may cause confusion so be aware that this could be the reason.
