Why Are My Leads Not Processing? Follow

Leads Not Being Processed

When processing leads please be aware that the processing time could increase if you are importing a  large batch of leads. This should only be a concern if the processing time has been over an hour. 

If this does occurs, please contact the Support team at support@convertr.io

In the email please include: 

  • The Campaign ID
  • Details about the steps you have taken
