Cannot Import Leads
When importing leads, ensure that you have downloaded the template. The template will make sure that all the mapping required corresponds to the platform correctly.
It is highly recommended that you use the template supplied, however if you are not using the template, ensure that the file is correctly formatted:
- Check to see that the correct field names are used.
- Ensure that there are no spaces/blank rows/columns as this will affect the import.
- Make sure that the file is saved as a .CSV file.
