White paper download not working
This is because the white papers are not enabled on the website.
To enable them click the Tracking tab and select Links from the dropdown menu. Select the white papers you require and click Enable Websites.
The way that the platform works is that you first add a white paper to a campaign, then assign the white paper to the relevant landing page. This then creates the tracking links.
For the platform to create the additional tracking links you need, you will have to:
- Delete the white papers and tracking links assigned to the campaign
- Reassign the white papers to the campaign and assign the additional landing pages.
- This will create new tracking links - you will have to rename these and add msgid=##subid## for Adestra.
- Enable them to be viewable on the website by selecting the links and clicking Enable Website.
