What Does the Score Mean in the Processr Tab? Follow

In the Processr tab, each job has a score value assigned to them.

When a lead passes a job, it will then gain the score for that job. When a lead is valid, it means that it has the maximum score that can be received in a campaign, meaning it has passed all of the jobs.

If a lead does not meet the maximum score, it means that the lead is invalid. However, there is a small window where leads will be classified as caution leads:

  • If score is 100% of total score, the lead is valid.
  • If score is less than 100% but greater than 80%, then the lead is a caution lead.
  • If score is less than 80%, then the lead is invalid.

An overview of the score a lead has got can be seen by hovering over the QA Status in the Leads tab. This also has a visual bar which will show where your lead sits in the scoring algorithm.

Please note: If a job is set to hardfail and that job doesn't pass, then the scoring is ignored and the lead will always be marked as invalid.
