The publisher notes section allows the user to post notes in the campaigns rule section for the the uploading publisher to see. The user can choose how they wish to use this section.
1. Access the set up page by going to Admin > Setup.
2. Scroll down to the Notes section, input information and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
3. Publishers will be able to see the notes in their 'Campaign Rules' which is located on their publisher dashboard.
