Overview
With Convertr, you have the ability to set up a data retention period for all lead data. Once the duration has been specified, the platform will automatically remove all lead data that falls outside of this period. This ensures that you do not have access to personal data for longer than is necessary.
Setup Process
1. Once logged into the platform, go to the Enterprise tab on the left and then select Configuration.
2. On this page, there is a section called Privacy Settings where you can find the Data Retention Period field. The platform counts this by months, so please input how many months you need to retain lead data for.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save to update your enterprise.
