By default, the platform runs using GMT - this will apply to all lead and campaign timestamps, as well as appear on any reports.
On your enterprise, you have the option to change the timezone, which will update all this information.
Please note: Changes made in the Enterprise section will affect the whole platform, please only update this if necessary. If you would like assistance with this, please reach out to your Convertr point of contact.
1. When logged into the platform, go to the Enterprise tab on the left hand side.
2. In the Enterprise section, go to Configuration.
3. In the System Settings of this page, you can select a timezone - the list of accepted timezones can be found here: http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.php
4. Once you've entered your selected timezone, select save at the bottom of the page to update.
