Overview
The Processr Job Configuration is a specialised capability within the Convertr AI Assistant that helps you confidently configure Processr jobs using plain English. It understands what each Processr job does, when it should be used, and how to configure it correctly—guiding you step by step and validating inputs before issues occur.
Instead of manually working with individual jobs or complex logic, you simply describe what you want to allow, block, or flag, and the assistant translates your intent into the appropriate Processr job configuration for lead validation, quality, suppression, enrichment or delivery of leads (integration).

How to interact with the Processr Job Configuration capability?
The Processr Job Configuration is an intelligent capability within the AI Assistant. You can ask the AI Assistant questions or make requests related to Processr jobs using plain English, and it will help you configure the appropriate validation or quality rules.
How It Works?
1. Ask your question or describe your requirement
Tell the AI Assistant what you want to achieve—for example, blocking duplicates, enforcing required fields, or applying conditional validation rules.
2. The assistant gathers required details
To configure the job correctly, the assistant may ask for:
- The business rule or requirement
- Campaign & the form field(s) the rule should apply to
- Any conditions, thresholds, or dependencies needed for the job
3. Review the configuration summary
Once all required information is captured, the assistant will present a clear summary of:
- What rule will be created or updated
- Which fields and conditions it applies to
4. Approve before changes are applied
The assistant will ask for your approval before creating he Processr job. No changes are made until you explicitly confirm.
5. Job is created
After approval, the assistant applies the configuration to the relevant Processr jobs on your behalf.
This guided approach ensures Processr jobs are configured accurately, transparently, and in line with your intent, without requiring deep knowledge of individual jobs or platform logic.
