Overview
The Reporting Assistant is a specialised capability within Convertr’s AI Assistant that helps you explore reporting using natural language.
Instead of building reports or navigating dashboards, you can simply ask questions in plain English and receive instant, reliable insights from your Convertr data.
The Reporting Assistant is designed for quick answers, ad-hoc analysis, and everyday reporting needs — helping you understand what’s happening across campaigns, publishers, and leads without manual setup.
What the Reporting Assistant does
Lets you ask reporting questions in plain English — without needing to know field names, operators, or report-builder logic
Returns a short written summary highlighting key insights
Shows a table preview so you can quickly validate the results before downloading the full csv report
The Reporting Assistant helps you quickly understand:
Campaign activity and delivery performance
Publisher activity and contribution
Lead statuses such as valid, invalid, caution, returned, On Hold - Scheduled Delivery, etc.
Common failure reasons caused by QA jobs or Integration jobs
Pacing and delivery trends over time
Data Refresh Frequency
Data used by the Reporting Assistant is refreshed every 20 minutes. This means that newly received or processed data will be reflected in reporting up to 20 minutes after it is available in the platform.
Reporting Window
The Reporting Assistant supports reporting on data within defined time windows to ensure performance and reliability.
Standard reporting window (18 months)
For most reporting queries, you can access data from the past 18 months. This includes:
- Campaigns that have received leads in the last 18 months
- Advertisers that have had campaigns created in the last 18 months
- Publishers that have submitted leads in the last 18 months
- Leads that have been processed in the last 18 months
Any data outside of this 18-month window is not available for reporting via the Reporting Assistant.
Processr jobs reporting window (6 months)
Reporting on processr jobs is limited to the past 6 months.
If you attempt to query processr jobs beyond this timeframe, the Reporting Assistant will not be able to return results.
Who is this for?
- Users who need fast answers without building reports
- Non‑technical users who want visibility into performance
- Teams that need on‑demand reporting
