Introduction
The Account Based Marketing jobs on the Convertr Platform consist of the following jobs:
- Repeated Whitepaper Download
- Job Role
- Has White Paper Asset
- Related Whitepaper Download Check
- Whitepaper Download with Same Domain Check
- Whitepaper Download with Same Company Name Check
These can be added to your campaign by:
1. Navigate to the Processr tab.
2. Select the ABM tab.
3. Select Add Job.
4. Use the dropdown menu to select the job.
ABM Job Descriptions & Settings
Repeated Whitepaper Download
This job checks if the lead (with the same email) has downloaded the same WP asset previously.
False - Indicates that the email address has not downloaded this White Paper in the past
True - Indicates that the email address has previously downloaded this White Paper
Configuring the Job
Once you have added the job within the Processr you will need to specify the dates for this job to look at. To do this use the date pickers to select the date_from and the date_to and click Save.
Job Role
Check to see if the lead has a certain job role
False – The job role within the lead details does not match a job role specified within a Validation List
True – The job role specified in the lead details matches a job role specified within a Validation List
Configuring the Job
Once you have added the job within the Processr you will need to:
- Select the List to associate this job too.
- Enter the fieldName for this job to look at on your form.
- Decide on the Operator for this job.
- Choose your validationRule, this is either ‘pass’ or ‘fail’
White Paper Asset
Has the lead downloaded an asset from the platform?
False - Indicates that this email address has not downloaded a White Paper from the platform
True - Indicates that a White Paper has been downloaded from the platform for this email address

Related Whitepaper Download Check
This job runs to check if the lead (with the same email) has downloaded an asset within the same category or sub category
False - The lead email address has not downloaded a white paper within the same category, sub category or campaign
True - The lead email address has downloaded a white paper within the same category, sub category or campaign
Configuring the Job
Once you have added the job within the Processr you will need to:
- Specify the dates for this job to look at, use the date pickers to select the date_from and the date_to.
- Select the lookup_type for this job, this is either Category or Subcategory
Whitepaper Download with Same Domain Check
This job runs to check if the lead has the same email domain name and downloaded an asset within the same category > subcategory or campaign
False - The email address of this lead has not previously downloaded a White Paper within the same Category, Sub Category or campaign
True - This indicates that the lead has the same email domain that has previously also downloaded a White Paper within the same Category, Sub Category or campaign
Configuring the Job
Once you have added the job within the Processr you will need to:
- Specify the dates for this job to look at; use the date pickers to select the date_from and the date_to.
- Decide which of the parameters you would like this job to flag on. Select Yes or No next to same_campaign, same_category, and same_subcategory.
Whitepaper Download with Same Company Name Check
This job runs to check if the lead has the same company name and downloaded an asset within the same category, subcategory or campaign
False – The lead does not have the same company name and has not downloaded a White Paper within the same campaign, category or sub category
True – The lead has the same company name and has downloaded a White Paper within the same campaign, category or sub category
Configuring the Job
Once you have added the job within the Processr you will need to:
- Specify the dates for this job to look at; use the date pickers to select the date_from and the date_to.
- Decide which of the parameters you would like this job to flag on. Select Yes or No next to same_campaign, same_category, and same_subcategory.
- Finally, using the drop down next to company_field_name, select the field from your form to link this job to.
Understanding the Account Based Marketing Results
Once a lead has been processed you can select View next to the lead to view the details. You can see the results of the Account Based Marketing validation jobs, as shown in the example below:
