Overview
The Enterprise Duplicate Email Check job is a Processr Job that, when applied to a campaign, allows greater control over what is classified as a duplicate. This job allows you to check across multiple campaigns, advertisers, publishers, and also allows you to specify a timeframe.
Setup Process
1. Once you have logged onto the platform, select your campaign and click Processr.
2. Click Add Job and add the job Enterprise Duplicate Email Check.
3. Within the Settings update the following fields to meet your requirements:
same_advertiser – Yes or No – This checks if the same details have previously been received from any campaign under the same advertiser.
same_publisher – Yes or No – This checks if a publisher has submitted the same email address across any campaigns they are assigned to.
advertiser_billable – Yes or No – This checks if previously received leads were billable to the Advertiser.
publisher_billable – Yes or No – This checks if previously received leads were billable to the Publisher.
date_from and date_to – Enter a date range in the format YYYY-MM-DD. A modal will also appear that will allow to select the date. Duplicates will only be searched for in this range.
past_x_days – instead of static dates (as in the above step) you can have a dynamic range by inputting the number of days here. For example if you enter 30, this will search for duplicates in the last 30 day since the lead was uploaded.
campaigns – here, you can input the specific campaigns IDs that you want the job to check against. Separate multiple campaigns with a comma.
