Test Mode Follow

Introduction

Test Mode is a feature which integrates leads to the configured integrations regardless of their QA result (valid, invalid or caution), then marks them as test leads automatically, removing the lead's billable status. This feature will ignore any Value Based Routing or Score Based Routing that you may have enabled.

NB: You will need an existing integration on your campaign in order for the leads to deliver.

Configuration

1. Within your campaign, click Admin>Setup and navigate to the Advanced tab.

2. Enable the toggle under Test Mode to switch it on, then click Save.

All leads submitted will now be considered test leads by the platform. This means that they will automatically be sent through the integrations, and will then be flagged as test leads by the platform.

3. You can also enable/disable Test Mode from the Active dropdown button on the Leads page

This is highlighted on the Leads page beside the Active dropdown:

NB: Remember to disable Test Mode prior to launching your campaign.
