Log In and Navigation Guide
- You will receive an email notifying you that there is training content available for you to view. Please click the link included in the email.
- As a first time user, you will be prompted to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and select confirm.
- Next, you will be prompted to set a password for your Convertr Academy account.
- After your password is set, please complete the rest of the user creation mandatory fields and click Update.
- Once completed, you will have access to the training catalog within the Convertr Academy. Under the Courses tab, you will be able to see the different courses available.
- By clicking into the course tile, you will be able to view more information about the course in the Overview section.
- By navigating to the Contents section of the course, you will be able to see the specific sections of each course and start playing the course.
- You can access your Learning Dashboard under My Account. As you complete courses, you can view your completion history under the Transcript tab and selecting Learning Paths. If you have previously completed the Convertr Certification course and the certification is still valid, you will find the completion record here.
- As a group manager, you will also have access to the Manager Dashboard tab under your Learning Activity Dashboard.
- Towards the bottom of the Manager Dashboard, you will be able to access more detailed information regarding the user’s progress by filtering or clicking View Details.
- By clicking View Details, you will be able to view individual data and completion status.
