Can I Track Lead Data Changes? Follow

Tracking Lead Data Changes

 

Lead data should not be changed. If, however, there are circumstances where lead data has to be amended, any changes would be documented in the platform. 


The Notes section on each lead profile will list each amendment made, followed by the user who made the change. This will ensure all data is protected. 

There will also be a notification at the top of the page, highlighted in blue, indicating that the lead data has been edited.
