Subject Access Request
If a lead has requested that their details be deleted from your records, you can action this through our Subject Access Request feature. Here you will be able to download a copy of all lead data stored in the database to send to the lead (as standard practice). You will then be able to delete and remove all their data from our database.
In place of all lead details will be the word 'REMOVED'.
