If you receive this error message: “The following packages have nearly depleted: xxxxxx ( . %)”, you will have to email the support team at email@example.com to increase your credits/package.
The email should include the following information:
- The Campaign ID
- The package name
- The amount of credits/packages that should be increased.
Once this has been amended and the credits/packages have been increased by the support team, an email will be sent to the publisher with the new contract that needs to be signed before any further actions can be taken.
