500 Internal Server Error

If you receive a 500 Internal Server Error, please email our support team ASAP.

When emailing support@convertr.io please include:

  • Subject line: 500 Internal Server Error
  • A print-screen of the error
  • A description of how this came about - the more detail the better for our investigation.

By following these three steps, this will immediately notify us of the urgency of this ticket.

By supplying us with the print-screen, we will get an idea of what you are seeing.

The description will further assist us in understanding how and why you are getting this error.
