In order to access the Help Centre, you must first sign in. If you do not have an account, you will either need to create an account, or if you have contacted us through the support email in the past then you will already have an account and will have received an email about this.

Once you have signed in, you will have access to the help pages that cover all aspects of the platform. You can either search for the specific area you're looking for in the search bar, or you can click on one of the sections that relate to the area.
