Overview
The Global Telephone Test verifies a lead's telephone number within a third-party database to ensure the accuracy of global telephone numbers. We recommend that numbers are uploaded in the format of (+44)07123456789, with the country code in brackets, to ensure that the telephone number can be verified.
Configuration
1. a. Navigate to the Processr and click Add. Within the dropdown select Global Telephone Test or start typing to find the job
1. b If you are editing an existing Global Telephone Test job, click Configure beside the job in the Processr
2. Next, confirm or update the configurations:
API Username - The default is blank. If you would like to use your own 3rd Party Provider information please add in the username.
Country - This Job will also utilise your country field to ensure the phone number is checked against the correct database. This field is used if there is no country field is specified on the lead
Match Country - This filter can be 'True' or 'False'. If set to 'True' the job will ensure that the country field on the lead matches that of the 3rd party provider.
3. Within the Mapping Modal you can update the field on your form in which this job is looking at:
Telephone Input Mapping Field - This mapping displays which form field the job is being associated with. This will auto-populate from your form - if this is not correct or blank, please use the dropdown to update this.
Composite Input Selector - This is a secondary field that is used to reference an additional input field that the job can look at. It is not mandatory, and if populated the job will look at this field rather than the Telephone Input Mapping Field.
Country Input Mapping Field - This will auto-populate from your form. If this is not correct or blank please use the dropdown to update this.
4. Click Save
