Setup Process
When a campaign cap has been reached, any leads submitted after this time will not be processed by the platform. In order to obtain these leads, the following processes can be undertaken:
- Increase IO allocation
- Extending the end date of the campaign
Increase IO Allocation
1. Within your campaign, click the Admin tab and select Setup.
2. Scroll down and select the IO Allocation button next to the number of leads required.
3. Click the Change Allocation button.
4. Use the dropdown list next to Assignment/Credit to choose whether to ‘Assign allocation to this campaign’ or to ‘Credit allocation back to IO’. For this instance, select ‘Assign Allocation to this campaign’.
5. Select which IO to add.
6. Add the amount of the Allocation Required. The Resulting IO Volume will be calculated automatically. Comments can be added if required.
7. Confirm the details are correct and click Change Allocation.
Extending the end date of the campaign
1. Within your campaign, click the Admin tab and select Setup.
2. Scroll down to the End Date and use the date picker to change the end date of your campaign.
